Pig nutrition at BettaPork does not slip under the radar.

An expert team led by an off-farm nutritionist is engaged with the ongoing monitoring and surveillance of eating patterns and subsequent performance. The diet is formulated on a needs basis and the Brosnan family are proud to know exactly what their stock are consuming and therefore that each pig’s welfare is monitored closely.

Our piggery and feed mill are APIQ (Australian Pork Industry Quality Assurance Program) assured with an emphasis on 100 per cent traceability and zero cross contamination.

The Brosnan family is opposed to buying in low grade grains and will pay more for higher grades in the interest of delivering on their welfare and superiority promise down the line.
